Mike Hill Serving on the New RCPI Network Steering Committee
Mike Hill, RCPI Program Director, serves on the Steering Committee for the new Regional Centers for Public Safety Innovation. The committee is in the process of developing a strategy to utilize the existing national training network formed by the U.S. Department of Justice COPS Office. The original RCPI Network was created and funded through the Department of Justice COPS Office in 1997. For almost a decade, the RCPIs have forged relationships and created positive energy by serving federal, state, local, and tribal public safety and government entities, as well as thousands of law enforcement agencies and community members across the United States.
