  • Facilitate and manage personnel
  • Understand needs and requirements for investigators
  • Aid prosecution of criminal cases
  • Identify further training for CSIs

National Security Technology Center

LEIC's partnership with the National Security Technology Center (NTSC), operated by B&W Y-12 (Babcock & Wilcox), offers cost-effective technology solutions for law enforcement. The NSTC was established in 2005 to support Y-12 Safeguards and Security, Department of Homeland Security, and law enforcement. The NSTC, under the direction of the Uranium Center of Excellence (UCE), develops, demonstrates, and deploys innovative technologies and products at the Y-12 National Security Complex for use at Y-12 and other government agencies.
