Gina Guinn, Administrative Specialist

As Administrative Specialist, Gina Guinn acts as the assistant to the Director, Center for Homeland Security Training and provides fiscal support for the Center’s staff, which provides training, and technical assistance to the law enforcement community in the area of homeland security. She is responsible for all accounting duties related to the homeland security grants, and its accounts receivable records, as well as various other duties.

Guinn began her career at the University of Tennessee in August of 2002 in the Biology Business Office of the Division of Biology as a Senior Accounting Clerk. Her duties there included bookkeeping for the Division of Biology and the Department of Botany. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in 1991 with a double major in Psychology and Personnel Psychology at Athens State University in Athens, Alabama.
