Andi Damewood, IT Administrator II
Andi Damewood is an IT Administrator with the Law Enforcement Innovation Center and the Institute for Public Service. In this position, she supports the IT needs of LEIC and IPS personnel and helps implement new technologies to meet new challenges as the Institute’s IT needs grow and change.
Before joining IPS/LEIC, she was the Program Coordinator and Centra Administrator for the LiveOnline@UT system at the University of Tennessee. She has extensive experience building and supporting the infrastructure needed to run online programs and support end users. She has developed and delivered training to hundreds of students, faculty, and staff members at UT as well.
Andi is a Knoxville native and received her Master’s of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She also has a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Furman University in Greenville, SC. She is currently working on her PhD in Collaborative Learning from the University of Tennessee.
