Instructor Development and Assessment

Curriculum Development Services offers proven training methods and documentation solutions. Much of our curriculum is based on hands-on, practical exercises in order to give participants the knowledge of how to respond to "real-world" situations We can develop a wide range of materials from supporting face-to-face training delivery to taking training on-line as interactive courses or instructor materials.

All materials created and developed are eligible for earned Continuing Education Units and for certification by the Police Officers and Standards Training Commission (POST) of Tennessee. Further, many of our courses can be submitted for academic credit through the University of Tennessee. We can also obtain national level certification such as by the U. S. Department of Homeland Security.

All of our staff have professional backgrounds and graduate degrees in the curriculum development process.

We have produced safety and law enforcement training materials from conception to completion. We offer a full spectrum of curriculum development and instructor development and assessment services.
